Denver Nuggets (43-21, 19-11 AWAY) @ Utah Jazz (46-18, 27-4 HOME)
[7:00] PM MT
With less than 10 games left for the Nuggets, Denver has a shot to overtake the top of the Western Conference. As of Monday, May 3rd, Denver found a way to overtake the Clippers for the #3 seed in the West. Can they hang on? Can they actually climb up one or two more spots before it’s all said and done? Friday’s game against the Jazz could be a huge opportunity for the Mile High Crew. Jokic, MPJ and a depleted lineup continue to find ways to win without one of their stars in Jamal Murray but there’s still so much left to be determined.
Utah could very well slip these last two weeks of regular season play so Denver will have to continue to win basketball games. The Jazz are 3 games ahead of the Nuggets and tied with Phoenix for the number 1 overall seed. If Mike Malone’s team wants to grab the best spot in the West, this week is the time to do it. Take a look at the top 3 teams schedules this week:
