I almost never go hockey as my game of the week save for playoffs but Monday nights game between the Avalanche and the Golden Knights is absolutely huge.
If the Golden Knights win then they win the West and clinch the Presidents’ Trophy with the league’s best record and will have home-ice advantage throughout the playoffs. If the Avs win in regulation, then beat the Los Angeles Kings in the final two games of the season then they win the West and the Presidents’ Trophy.
