UNC football ends spring ball with a scrimmage against Chadron State

GREELEY, Colo. – Northern Colorado football closes out its spring practice on Saturday with a scrimmage against Chadron State College. The closed scrimmage will not have any general fans due to COVID protocols.
The Bears will host the Eagles to close out a successful spring season that Head Coach Ed McCaffrey and his staff were unable to have in 2020 due to the global pandemic. Northern Colorado will use Saturday’s matchup to prepare for Coach McCaffrey’s first season leading the Bears football program come this fall.
Season tickets for the 2021 UNC football season are on sale now. Visit UNCBears.com/Tickets for more information. The 2021 season begins Friday, September 3 at Colorado. The home opener is set for Saturday, September 18 against Lamar.
