CSU MBB Release: Mountain West Schedule Set For Rams
CSU to open play at defending champion San Diego State Dec. 3 and 5

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Colorado State men’s basketball team will play 10 two-game conference series, opening with a set at defending Mountain West champion San Diego State, Dec. 3 and 5, the league announced today. The move to the two-game series was to both limit potential travel exposure from the CoVID-19 virus as well as help programs limit costs during this uncertain time.

For their five home-game series, the Rams will host Fresno State, UNLV, Boise State, New Mexico and Air Force. CSU will take to the road for the other five, including the Aztecs, San Jose State, Utah State, Wyoming and Nevada.

This schedule is subject to change based on the selection of games by the Mountain West national television partners. CBS Sports and FOX Sports will now initiate a selection procedure, which will include the shifting of several games from their current Saturday and Tuesday dates. Additional announcements on television selections will be made in the coming weeks.

The remainder of the Rams’ schedule will be announced in the coming days, now that the Mountain West schedule has been finalized.
