Game of the Week: Warriors/Lakers

Like it or not, the play in games are upon us and could it get much juicier than LeBron James vs. Steph Curry? Both James and Curry have become fixtures not only in the playoffs but the NBA finals.  Now they have to play each other  just to see who locks up the 7th seed.   Whoever wins on Wednesday between the Lakers and the Warriors will earn the 7th seed and a first round matchup against perhaps the surprise of the year in the Phoenix Suns.  The loser will then face the winner between the 9th and 10th seeded Grizzlies and Spurs.  Winner of that game will earn the 8th seed and a 1st round series against another shocker of a 1 seed, the Utah Jazz.

Confused yet?  I wasn’t sure about this “play-in” format at first, but I must admit, Warriors/Lakers for a guaranteed playoff spot is must watch in my book..that’s why they’re my game of the week
