It’s impossible for me to choose a game of the week this week so I’m going with Conference Championship Week. We talk a lot of Mountain West, Big Sky and PAC 12 on the Hull Show and all three Colorado teams at least have a shot to win their conference.
The UNC Bears haven’t had the season they wanted by any stretch but with COVID putting major dents in their schedule, Northern Colorado has had a tough time gaining any real footing. The only way into March Madness for the Bears is to win it all and it starts with Sacramento State on Wednesday morning.

Next up, the Colorado State Rams will take on the winners of the first round in the Mountain West Conference; either Fresno State or New Mexico. The Rams had zero issues in their two contests against the Bulldogs and just last week agains the Lobos.

The Colorado Buffaloes finished their regular season MUCH better than last, winning 4 in a row including victories over USC and UCLA. Now they set their sites on winning the PAC 12. With a trip to the NCAA tournament already stamped, the pressure isn’t as intense as it will be for both the Rams and the Bears, nonetheless, Coach Boyle would love to grab a conference title on his way to the Dance.
