UNC begins Big Sky Conference play this weekend when Northern Arizona comes to Greeley this Saturday.
With no Dylan McCaffrey at QB against Lamar, the Bears struggled to move the ball consistently and lost their second game of the season in overtime. According to Coach Ed McCaffrey, Dylan was cleared to play but didn’t even dress out for this one. Along with McCaffrey, UNC was also missing 8 players and 2 coaches due to Covid protocols.
Hopefully the week goes a bit smother for the Bears and they can get their first conference win in the McCaffrey area.
