After a rough game against Golden State, the Nuggets lost some ground to the Clippers, who simply just keep winning. However, LA has both Phoenix and Denver this week. I would say the time is now for the Nuggets to strike and that means finding a way to beat the team they’ve been chasing all season for that #3 spot on Saturday.
Denver received another injury blow over the weekend with Will Barton hurting his right hamstring early against the Warriors. He will likely be out for a considerable amount of time while Monte Morris is still nursing an injured quad. If the Nuggets want to catch the Clippers or even Phoenix, they will have to be flawless this week.
